Troubleshooting #
- A field is outlined in red. The value is not accepted; the message under the field says why.
- "Not feasible". The inputs describe something that cannot be calculated (for example a support off the beam). The banner lists each problem with Show, which takes you to the input.
- The results look faded. The calculation is updating; it finishes within a moment.
- Something else. Use Support in the header to ask; include the calculation so we can see what you see.
